Change Request Management System
I designed, built, and deployed a Power Apps interface with Power Automate workflows to coordinate change requests from submission through implementation. The application brings contractor submissions, stakeholder decisions, and lifecycle tracking into one process.
Contractors can create and revise requests; stakeholders can approve, deny, and comment. Role-based and tenant-based access controls govern participation, while an audit trail preserves accountability throughout the workflow.
The problem
Change requests need coordinated input, clear decisions, and traceability from creation to implementation.
